MenoSTRONGER

Training in menopause isn’t “one-size-fits-all.” Energy, recovery, sleep, and symptoms change, here

MenoSTRONGER is a personalized menopause-season coaching program that combines customized strength training with consistent guidance, accountability, and a supportive studio environment, built to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more in control through every stage.


Each member receives a program tailored to their goals and needs, with access to our private studio for both coach-supervised sessions and open studio training time to complete workouts on your own schedule. 


Your plan is delivered through our easy-to-use app, which includes progress tracking, workout demonstrations, and an in-app chat so you can ask questions and stay connected between visits.


Our studio is members-only * not a big public gym * and everyone training in the space is following a structured program (MenoSTRONGER or another Fit Co. program). A coach is on-site  for form checks, motivation, and modifications, and we take a symptom-aware approach by adjusting training to support lower-energy days, stressful weeks, and sleepless nights.


Minimum 3-month commitment.

  • Flexible training approach that supports fluctuating symptoms, sleep, and stress
  • Access to pop-up specialty classes (optional/bonus)
